How do I restore a purchase, or get it on a new phone?
Purchases belong to the Google account you bought them with. Sign in to Google Play with that account on the new phone, install the game, and open the unlock screen: in Sunset Escape and Snowbound tap Restore purchases on the book's page, and in our other games tap Restore purchase. You need an internet connection for this step.
Will my progress move to a new phone?
Progress, scores and settings are saved only on your phone. We never receive them, so we can't move them for you. Your purchase does move with your Google account.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Google Play, so refunds are handled by Google under its refund policy. See Google Play's refund help (opens in a new tab). If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us as well and we will help where we can.
Do the games need an internet connection?
No. Once a game is installed, it plays offline. Buying, restoring a purchase or entering a code needs a connection. In the Escapatory app, each book's artwork downloads once after you buy it or first play it.
Are there ads, subscriptions or accounts?
No. Every game is free to try, and one purchase unlocks the full game (in the Escapatory app, one purchase per book, or both books together). There are no ads, no subscriptions and nothing to sign up for.
Which phones are supported?
Our games are on Google Play for Android. The Escapatory app needs Android 7.0 or later. They are not on iPhone or iPad yet.

Open the journal: it keeps everything you've learned. The Hint button is always there too.
What do I get for free?
Chapter 1, Arrival. One purchase unlocks chapters 2, 3 and 4, or you can unlock Sunset Escape and Snowbound together in one purchase.
I have a code. Where do I enter it?
On the book's page in the app, tap Have a code? under the unlock row, then type the code. It needs an internet connection.

Inside the Escapatory app, next to Sunset Escape. Switch books at the top of the chapter list.
Mosaic AwakeningGame page
What do I get for free?
The first 10 mosaics and the Daily Relic. One purchase unlocks all 50 mosaics, Endless Relics and Heroic mode.
How do I open Heroic mode for a mosaic?
Earn three stars on that mosaic. Heroic mode is part of the full game.
Cul-de-Sac WarsGame page
What do I get for free?
Every single-player match, up to round 20. One purchase unlocks matches to the end, all 150 rounds and every way to win.
Will I lose my match if I close the game?
No. Your match saves itself every turn, on your phone.
Fairway KingsGame page
What do I get for free?
Sablewood Pines, the driving range and the Kaboom Key mini golf course. One purchase unlocks the other four courses and Starfall Heights.
Do I lose a round if I leave the game?
No. An unfinished round waits for you on your phone.
Does anything in the Club Shop cost real money?
No. Clubs, balls, gear and outfits are bought with points you earn on the course.
